What We
Believe

The systems deciding your future don't know who you are.

Not your real skills. Not the work you've actually done. Not what drives you or what you're building toward. They know scraped fragments — job titles stripped of context, half-right summaries written by no one, gaps where your real story should be.

Every AI-powered service is searching for people with real skills. Dating apps, hiring platforms, search engines, freelance marketplaces — all of them. And the answer shapes what happens next: who calls you back, who passes, who never finds you at all.

Right now, that answer is a guess. Built from whatever the internet happened to scrape — a stale profile here, a misattributed quote there, confident fabrication filling in the rest. The people whose careers depend on that answer had no say in writing it.

We built StatusForge to fix that — to make the truth about working people come from working people.

You answer honest questions about your work, your skills, and what you're looking for. We publish that truth in a format AI systems actually read. And then something changes: the answers about you start being accurate. Opportunities that match who you really are start finding you. Your talent stops being invisible.

What we believe

  • Your talents deserve to reach the systems deciding your future.AI is already making recommendations about who to hire, who to fund, who to contact. If those systems don't know what you can actually do, you lose opportunities you earned. We make sure they know.
  • The source of truth about you should be you.Not scraped data. Not a third-party summary. Not an inference engine's best guess. What AI knows about you should come from what you actually said about yourself. Period.
  • Honesty should pay off — directly. When you answer our questions truthfully, good things happen: better matches, more connections, higher earnings. The more you share, the more you get back. That's the deal, and we state it plainly.
  • Your contact information stays yours until you say otherwise. No one gets your email, your phone number, or any way to reach you without your explicit acceptance. Not implied consent. Not buried opt-ins. You decide who can contact you, every single time.
  • Free means the core promise works — for everyone.AI knowing you accurately is not a premium feature. Students, career changers, people between jobs — everyone gets a real published profile that AI can read. Paid tiers add depth and priority, never the basics.
  • When businesses pay to reach you, you get paid too.Your data creates the value. You share in the revenue. Not as a gesture — as a structural part of how this company works. The platform does well only when you do well.
  • Delete means delete. When you remove your profile, we remove it. We notify every partner who accessed it that their copy must be destroyed. Not a soft hide. Not a database flag. Gone.
  • Opportunities should find you — not the other way around. The point of making AI accurate about you is that the right roles, the right clients, the right collaborators come to you. Not more job boards. Not more applications into the void. Real matches, arriving because you told the truth.

What we will not do

We will not share your contact information without your explicit permission. We will not fabricate credentials or endorsements you never gave. We will not let anyone access your data without you knowing about it. We will not degrade the free tier to force upgrades. We will not hide pricing in fine print. We will not pretend to delete your data while keeping it in a database somewhere. We will not grow by betraying the people who trusted us.

If we break any of these commitments, we will say so publicly, fix it, and explain what we changed so it cannot happen again. Our transparency report is the receipt.

Why this matters now

AI is already deciding who gets the interview, who gets the loan, who shows up in the search results. These decisions are accelerating. Within a few years, most professional opportunities will be filtered through systems that either know the truth about you or are guessing.

Everyone is racing to make AI faster, bigger, cheaper. Nobody is building the layer that makes AI honest about real people — especially the ones who don't show up in training data, who get confused with someone else, who get reduced to one bad review, or who are simply invisible to these systems entirely.

StatusForge is that layer. The source of truth about working people, built by working people, where honest answers create real opportunity.

The deal

Here is what we are asking: answer honestly about who you are and what you do. That's it. We publish your truth in a format AI systems actually use. When someone asks AI about you, the answer is accurate. When businesses want access to your profile, you get paid. When you want it gone, it's gone. The more you share, the more opportunities find you.

And if enough people do this — trade honest answers for real visibility — we build something no AI company can build alone: a complete, accurate record of the working people on this planet, told in their own words, owned by them, working for them.

This is not another platform that claims to care about privacy while working against your interests. Every interaction here follows one rule: you control it, you're compensated for it, and you can undo it anytime. A company asks to reach you? They pay. You accept? You get paid. You want them gone? They're gone.

And the person who built this company put their own equity at stake to keep that promise. If we break it, we lose control of the company. That is in our operating agreement. It is not just a handshake.

We are honest about where we are: we are early. The network is growing. The more people who join, the more valuable every profile becomes — for AI accuracy, for connection volume, for earnings. Our success and yours are the same thing. When we grow, you earn more. When you deepen your profile, the whole dataset gets better. That is the deal we are building.

That is what StatusForge is. Come tell the truth about yourself.

Wondering whether we'll actually keep these promises? That's fair. Read the pledge. Check the receipts.

Mission: To give AI the truth about people — so every person's God-given talents are recognized, represented, and rewarded.
