Incidents Log
This section reads directly from the production database. When something goes wrong, we publish a permanent record here — the date, what happened, what was affected, what we did about it, and what we are doing to prevent it from happening again. An empty log is not a promise of perfection. It is a promise of honesty when the log is no longer empty (Trust Pledge #11).

Every figure on this page is pulled directly from the production database at the moment you loaded it. Nothing is cached. Nothing is rounded for presentation. Nothing is approximated.
If a metric shows “—” it means the value is not yet available or the system could not be reached. We will never substitute a placeholder or an estimate.
